• Order details: quotes, artwork, proofs, delivery address and order history.
• Payment details: payments are taken securely through our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Website data: basic technical information such as your device, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and understand how it is used.

We may contact you about other products and services offered by us or our related businesses. These may include packaging, print, supplies and ingredients, websites and marketing services. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering you relevant products, or with your consent where you tick the marketing box on our forms. You can opt out of marketing at any time by replying unsubscribe or emailing megan@kaylaprint.com. Opting out does not affect your order.

• Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 2 years.
• Order and invoice records: for as long as needed for tax and legal purposes, usually 6 years.
• Print files: 6 months after your order, so reorders are easy.

We use secure, reputable systems to store and process your information and limit access to people who need it.
